I've been an entrepreneur focused on accessible innovation. After being diagnosed with a genetic condition leaving me legally blind, I started Conversant Labs—later acquired by Apple—to improve conversational interfaces and make digital experiences for people of all abilities more useable.

I'm now working on a nonprofit InformUp.org to foster local civic engagement by rethinking how local journalism works given the realities of our current attention spans.
