This is such a relevant topic given current events. I wonder how much gentrification  is uniform across cities? I’d imagine that what is currently going on in San Francisco is different than what has happened in DC or Cleveland.

It’s a very interesting and important topic, definitely worth more than just the knee jerk reaction that Gentrification is 100% evil (a view that I have definitely held).
